Lynn Roy has been in the veterinary industry for 47 years.  She began her career as a veterinary technician and has advanced over the years to hold multiple certifications.  She is a Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) as well as a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM).  In addition to these accomplishments, Lynn also holds certifications in  the regulatory and Human Resources arenas, with a focus on emotional intelligence.  Lynn has a deep commitment to gold-standard small animal medicine and compassionate patient care.  Her professional passion lies in leading and mentoring teams so that the individuals can grow, collaborate, and deliver the very best care to both clients and patients.  With her emotional intelligence training, she strives every day to be the leader who supports, inspires, and empowers their team to thrive.  Lynn spent almost a decade working in corporate veterinary medicine, which has sharpened her practice management knowledge,  and has been used to make Tobias a very well run veterinary practice on many levels.  Lynn’s goal for Tobias Vet Services is continue to lead with the utmost support, compassion and integrity, creating an environment where both team members and patients can truly thrive.
Outside of work, Lynn enjoys spending time with her family, especially going to the beach and any outings involving animals.  She and her partner are raising an amazing seven year old young lady who also has a big heart for helping others, and has dreams to become a veterinarian or nurse. She shares her home with a lively yellow lab named Cooper, a very busy corgi named Dilly, and a beloved, geriatric Silky Terrier named Honey Babe.
