PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is expected when services are rendered and when medication refills are requested. We do not bill. We are happy to provide detailed estimates prior to your pet's appointment and before medication refill requests are processed.
We accept debit cards, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), checks, and cash. Payment for medication refills can be made using a credit or debit card online via your eVet Pet Portal or over the phone with one of our client service representatives. Payment must be received for your pet's medication to be shipped.
Due to the rising expense of credit card transactions, a 2.5% fee will be added when payment is made via credit card.
Considering pet insurance? Keep in mind that we require payment in full when services are rendered. If your pet is insured, you will need to file a claim with your insurance company for reimbursement. We do not bill your insurance company and your insurance company does not pay us.
